Newly Enrolled High School Students –Transcript from Previous School

During your enrollment process, Laurel Springs School should have received your unofficial transcript. From this, we have started your academic plan. In order for Laurel Springs School to receive your official transcript, the Request for Records form included in your Welcome Packet should be completed and sent to your previous school. That school will then forward your cumulative records to Laurel Springs. If you don’t have a Request for Records form, please download here.
