Student Records

The function of our Records Department is to make your child’s transition an easy one—whether your family is new to our community, or your child is a graduating senior. With guidance and support from our dedicated staff, it is our hope that every student will have a wonderful educational experience at our school.

If you have questions regarding your student’s records, please contact the Records Department by clicking email hidden; JavaScript is required, or at (800) 377-5890 ext. 5504.

Requesting Transcript from Previous School

During your enrollment process, we requested your unofficial transcript. This document served as the basis of your academic plan. In order for us to receive your official transcript, the Concurrent Enrollment Form form must be completed and sent to your previous school. Your previous school will then forward your cumulative records to Laurel Springs.

If you are enrolling concurrently with another school, and Laurel Springs is not your School of Record, this form is not necessary.

Note: When contacting your child’s previous school or district, please refer to Laurel Springs School as an accredited private school, and not as a “home school program.”

How Do I Properly Withdraw My Child from His or Her Previous School?

Depending on the school or school district’s policy, you may have to formally withdraw your child from his or her previous school to participate in our program. Please follow the school or district’s withdrawal policy. The school may need a Proof of Enrollment letter from Laurel Springs School. Please contact the email hidden; JavaScript is required or call (800) 377-5890 ext. 5504 to receive a copy of this letter.
