This document is a brief overview of Laurel Springs to be given to school counselors or colleges for review.
The Laurel Springs Agreement is intended to make the relationship with our families clear, and to set forth the policies that govern that relationship. Laurel Springs School partners with you to provide educational services and support for each of our students. Your payment plan provides you with enrollment in an accredited school, the choice of curriculum (books or online courses), and teacher services. Your fees pay for administrative services, counseling options, education support services, ongoing customer service and maintenance of student records, evaluations and transcripts.
Laurel Springs General Release
Please complete our general release form to premit Laurel Springs to use and publish the picture and/or testimonial of your child for promotional purposes.
My Laurel Springs Terms of Use Agreement
My Laurel Springs is a virtual community created to help Laurel Springs students in grades 7-12 build relationships and share ideas with their fellow classmates. We invite you to participate in the forums, blogs, chats, and student clubs and ask you to respect and uphold the integrity of this community. In order to be a member of My Laurel Springs, you and your child must agree to the Terms of Use as described in this Agreement. Should you permit your child to participate in My Laurel Springs, we ask you to sign this Terms of Use document.
Concurrent Enrollment Authorization form
The Laurel Springs Concurrent Enrollment Authorization Form is a binding contract between the primary school and Laurel Springs School to ensure credits will be accepted by the primary school. This form must be completed before a student enrolls in the desired course(s). Either the principal or school counselor can authorize this approval for a student to enroll in academic courses with Laurel Springs School.
If Laurel Springs will not be your child’s primary school (School of Record), there are a few things we would like you to be aware of regarding your part-time enrollment with Laurel Springs and the transferring of credits. Please review and sign the School of Record Waiver Form.

In order to help our school maintain efficient and accurate communication with your family, please complete this form if any of your contact information has changed.
Please complete this form to request a copy of your child’s Laurel Springs School transcript. Our records department will process your request.
Please complete this form if your child is a new student identifying Laurel Springs as their School of Record.
If your child has completed all the requirements for graduation, please complete this form to request your child’s Laurel Springs School diploma. Note that the diploma is either awarded at our graduation ceremony (held in June in Southern California) or mailed to you.
Please complete this form in order to process the withdrawal of your child from Laurel Springs School. Please note the details of the withdrawal policy.
Please ask your child’s exam proctor to complete this form in accordance with our school’s policy.
