High school students design a course of study personalized for their interests and goals. To earn a diploma, our students must complete 23.5 credits of academic and elective courses.
Full-Time Student Status
Our full-time students take at least four credits per year, with three of those in core topics. Semester students must carry at least two credits per semester, with 1.5 of those in core topics. In order to graduate in four years, our students must take an average of six courses per year.
Course Requirements
Our families can review the recommendations shown below as a starting point for college admission planning. College admissions policies and academic requirements vary widely, and these sample course requirements and recommendations are not specific to any particular college or university. Please contact your school counselor to help tailor your course list to match your specific goals.

- Math must include, at a minimum, Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2 or higher-level math.
- Foreign language must be two years of the same language.
- High School Seminars (.5 elective credits) are required for each year of enrollment.
- Personal Project Portfolios are available to earn elective credit.
Diploma Request
Seniors who have completed all requirements for graduation may complete the diploma request form to have their diplomas ready for presentation at our graduation ceremony in Southern California. Alternatively, seniors may use the form to have diplomas mailed to the appropriate address.
